Do you ever get random cravings while running? Usually, while I'm running I crave orange flavored stuff... orange soda, orange gatorade, orange juice, etc... and when I come in from those runs, I immediately guzzle down whatever orange stuff I have on hand (usually diet orange soda or G2 orange or an actual orange).
But today... I had a very random craving: Iced Coffee. Not so weird, you think? Well, I don't even like coffee. I rarely drink it, but I had this crazy craving for iced coffee when I was on my run today. Weird, huh? So, I came into work this morning... and made myself some iced coffee. Although... no one uses the ice from the icemaker here at work and the ice tasted like leftovers (yuck), so that kind of ruined it for me... so, I'm still kind of craving iced coffee.
Weird, huh? Does anyone else get weird cravings while on runs?
