So, this morning I planned a 6 mile treadmill run and I completed it without any problems. I've been getting my 8 hours of sleep and I'm eating pretty healthy. So I feel like I'm right on track with my training.
I know I usually hate pre-planning my mileage... but I haven't done it yet this time around, so I'm going to give it a whirl...
Thursday: Morning run of 5 miles.
Friday: Morning run of 4 miles. -- Maybe an off day.
Saturday: Long Run of 10 miles
Sunday: Recovery run of 4 miles.
If I complete this schedule I'll have about 35 miles for the week (so, if I skip a 4 miler, I'll still get 31 miles).
