I love this:

It is soooo delicious. I usually don't eat these frozen dinners because of preservatives (the box on this one says it has none!) and sodium and all that. We know, especially as runners, that fresh fruits and veggies and whole foods are best. However, if you're in a hurry and don't have time to make your lunch ahead of time, this little baby is something I suggest.
It has whole grain pasta, wild salmon, broccoli, yellow carrots and it's mixed all up with a yummy lemon dill sauce. So it's got lots of stuff that I try to get in my weekly diet.
I usually pick up a couple when I go to the grocery. I've tried various Lean Cuisines and Healthy Choices and etc, etc, etc...and some are ok, but most are just gross. But now, this is the only one I get.

Yes! It is actually very good...I was skeptical about frozen, cooked salmon too.

And sorry about the way that nutrition stuff took up the whole freakin page. That's annoying
