The Good: I ran 6 days this week, for a total of 32 miles. Which is an average of about 5.3 miles a day! This is my first 30+ mileage week since the marathon.
The Bad: I didn't do a long run this week. My longest runs were two 6 milers. I had wanted to do an 8 miler at some point, but Saturday it was too hot to do it and the hills of Percy Warner fatigued me too much and Sunday I just didn't have it in me. I was feeling very lethargic.
The Ugly: Chad and I broke up yesterday.
I had a hard time getting up this morning for my run. I slept in till about 5:30 or so and just got in 4.77 miles. I was hoping for a tempo run, but I just couldn't get my body to agree with my mind. I think I need a rest day, but I'm going out of town this weekend and want to reserve the rest days for then. We'll see. I might have to have one anyway.
run, rest, eat, bitch, buy things, cross-train, blog, repeat.

Great job on the mileage! You had some great runs this week, despite the fact that you didn't get a long run in.
