And on the third day... she rested.

I was afraid that I was going to have to miss my Yoga Lattes class last night because I didn't think I'd make it out of work on time. But I did, with a few minutes to spare! Good thing, too, because the class was packed last night, I was hitting other people's arms all night. (Which just goes to show the effect that stretching has on me... normally, if other people were touching me I would be freaking out in my head, getting all worked up about how I dont like to have other people's germ-infested skin touching my skin. The voices in my head would be screaming inside me for the entire hour, while I grit my teeth bearing through it. Apparently, this is something that people call... OCD. But last night, voices were no where to be heard.)

This was my first Yoga Lattes class in... hmmm.. probably like 10 months? The class is pilates sandwiched between a yoga warm-up and cool down. I used to sweat some during the class. I don't think I even thought about breaking a sweat last night. So, I don't really feel like I gained any specific benefits from the class. Except maybe stretching some muscles that I didnt even know existed.

Today is my rest day. And, I feel really rested already. I like the idea of running a morning run on tuesdays... stretching it all out at yoga lattes on tuesday night and then taking all day wednesday off. I might try to keep this routine up, with the morning run being something strenous, like a tempo or hill run.

I'm going to flying saucer tonight for a beer. What do you think the most healthy type of beer is? Should I go for just straight up low calorie and get like a miller lite? Or should I try to find some kind of fancy schmancy rye microbrew or something? This sounds like a research product to me.

Wow, I didnt know you were so OCD. I'm a closet OCD myself.

And that sounds like a good plan...a hard workout, followed by stretching that night and a day off. You should be good to go for the rest of the week, right/

I think Miller light is probably best, but it's really not fun to get a boring domestic beer at Flying Saucer. Maybe get one fancy one and then stick to the usual...

Yeah, I get very obsessive about things in my head sometimes and just can't shake them. It doesn't affect my daily life yet, so hopefully I'm just moderately OCD.

Yeah, well I'm only have one beer. So, maybe I'll mix it up with a darker beer. Darker means more natural, right?
