What a difference running partners can make. Right now, I've gotten back to running with friends 3 weekday mornings a week and DAMN, why did it take me so long to do that??? Sure, I am hating life when my alarm clock goes off at 4am, but it feels good to get back into a regular routine.
My endurance isn't quite where I'd like it to be yet, but I did finally run a 14 miler last weekend that didn't feel like death, so, I think there might be hope that it's just around the corner.
Now, if I can just get my weight loss plans to stick, I'd be in good shape. It's time to get back into serious weight watchers or calorie counting again. It's getting ridiculous over here.
