This means one of a few things:
1. I was eating terribly before.
2. I am not eating enough now.
3. I just had a ton of water weight to lose.

I'm going with option #3. Regardless, I am thrilled and feeling good. It's actually been pretty easy. I've been cooking again (which, I love, I just got lazy. HENCE THE WEIGHT GAIN) and tracking everything that I put into my mouth. When I'm eating healthy, I actually enjoy the tracking. Probably too much so, actually.
Anyway, we will see how this weekend goes. I am going to try to be good, but I have some points that I can use to moderately splurge.
