Week 5 Review
YAY! I finally hit my intervals! Also, I raced on Saturday (race report to come) and took two rest days. Oops.
Overall, it was a good week, it was nice to get back to some speedwork and I was thrilled to finally hit my intervals and feel GOOD during and after them! Yay! Speedwork doesn't have to feel like one of Dante's circles of hell!
I'm finally in the groove. I'm feeling good, I'm used to the schedule, and I can feel my fitness level start to inch it's way back up (errr.. or up for the first time ever).
All good in the 'hood. Yo.
