So apparently... becoming a vegetarian and adding a yoga practice to your life won't necessarily decrease your blood pressure. Ugh. UGH.

BUT... apparently it does decrease your cholesterol by 23 points in 6 months. Holy shit.

Glad there is an upside to becoming a vegetarian, otherwise why would anybody stop eating bacon?
