So... a little quickie update from the weekend...
Or at least my legs are.
Saturday morning: 20 miles. Check
Saturday afternoon: 20 minute strength training. Check
Sunday morning: 10 miles. Check
Sunday afternoon: 45 minutes strength training. Check
So, I made it through the 20 miles on Saturday and then 10 recovery miles on Sunday.
I felt pretty damn good on the runs this weekend and definitely have a little confidence back. Full report on the 20 miler tomorrow.
