Running this week has been kind of blah. I'm not sure what it is...I don't really feel like I have any energy or spunk. Sure there will be days like that, but everyday?? Didn't you have a week like that in the beginning of your training, Amy?
Plus my quads are really sore right now and I think its because of the stairs that I started walking again. My office is on the 12th floor and when I think about it and have time, I'll walk up instead of taking the elevator. But the funny thing is, my left quad is a lot sorer than the right. It's a mystery to me.
Aaaaand the speed issue is still bugging me. When I feel like I'm going normal or even a faster pace, my HRM doesn't back me up...it's still telling me that I'm slow as Christmas.
I'm pretty negative today, huh? Well I am looking forward to the 10 miler on Sunday even though it is in Millington (45 minutes away) and starts at 7:00am. I don't even want to think about what time I have to get up Sunday morning.
