Okay... how about everything in that picture??? (I wish, actually).
Dang... I was kind of hoping you just forgot about that whole challenge thing... But, here goes:
Breakfast:
1 half whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter
8 0z of V-8
1 cup Blueberry Yorgurt
Lunch: (Ugghhh here we go)
Club Sandwich (on wheat!!!) with ham, turkey, and cheese and I think the bread actually had some butter on it.
French Fries: I know, I know.... but, I have been craving french fries like you wouldnt believe lately! It's the salt.
Diet Coke
Dinner:
Ham Sandwich on whole wheat with mustard.
1 Shortbread cookie.
Those dang french fries. But, I'm not going to lie. They were delicious and totally worth it and I ran 5 miles yesterday and 6 today. So, I don't feel guilty. Embarrassed maybe, guilty, no?
run, rest, eat, bitch, buy things, cross-train, blog, repeat.

That's not so bad...everyone needs fries now and then. I need them more than most.
