I have to say... it had kinda felt like FOREVER since I had a "relaxation" week (Yes, apparently my Coach thinks running 40 miles a week is relaxing. What a bitch). So, it was nice when my training schedule had EASY written in for every day.
I also took the liberty to give myself an extra off day during this relaxation week, which meant I basically ended up cramming a bunch of miles into 4 days. Yay! (Easy miles, relax people! It's relaxation week).
The biggest news... I finally cracked into the 40s for my mileage. Jeez louise that took me long enough.
