However, your skin always looks flawless in the pics anyway, so perhaps you don't need to worry too much at all! I look at them when I go to the store and I read about them, but in the end I pass them up because I just don't know. <BR/><BR/>Sometimes, on rare occasions, I will decide this is the one and start taking it then I forget one, then two, then next thing you know I've forgotten to take them for a month and ... well you get the pattern. I'm just not that good with it.
