Tips for...I think you have a great plan of attack.<br /><br />Tips for staying consistent, or getting out the door...<br /><br />I guess I'm shallow but, have you treated yourself to any new gear or running clothes lately? Sometimes a new bra, socks or a few new running tops help make running more enjoyable. <br /><br />I'm a runner on a budget, so I sometimes shop at consignment shops for brand newish running tops.<br /><br />Another super lame tip. Before the age of the Garmin, I used to write my miles down on a plan old calendar.
