I'd be afraid not to use them for the recovery aspect...you'd better figure it out quick, I guess! You know what its like to Gu on long runs...maybe you should run your 20 miler without it and see how that goes. I do think you need something other than water though...for recovery. <BR/>Its NOT cheating! Bodies arent supposed to run 26.2 miles at one time! It's actually bad for your body!
